Krista Grace Engelbarts was born August 27, 1992 and is the daughter of Celest Engelbarts and Dennis Engelbarts. She has one brother, Anthony, and two sisters, Amber and Katie.
Her achievements in high school are obtaining the A and B honor rolls. Her extracurricular activities include track (2), softball (2), volleyball (3), Colorguard (4) and Speech and Drama (2).
Krista’s favorite things to do are hanging out with friends, going bowling and swimming. Her best memories are from winning the Powder Puff games two years in a row.
Her favorite TV show is Ellen. Her favorite saying is, “To wish you were someone else is to waste the person you are.”
Krista’s biggest inspiration is her family for always believing in her. Her gift to underclassmen goes to her sisters: “Always believe in yourself and you will go far.”
She is excited to graduate because she is ready to start a new chapter in her life. Her advice to others before graduating: “Get your homework done first and you will achieve more in the end.”
Krista’s college plans are to attend Kirkwood for physical therapy. Her goals in the future are to go to college, get a job and live happily ever after. In ten years, she sees herself happy and married with children.
