Kirk’s favorite things to do are hang out with his family and friends and, of course, play Call of Duty. He also likes to spend time with his girlfriend, Kelsey.
His best memories of high school are going to the UNI-dome in 2006 and building friendships through sports.
His most embarrassing moment was having to dance on stage in front of 500 people at Young Life.
Throughout high school, Kirk has been involved in football (4), baseball (4), basketball (3), track (3), Speech and Drama (1), National Honor Society (3) and student council.
His favorite movie is Joe Dirt and his favorite saying is, “It puts the lotion on the skin.”
His gift to underclassmen goes to Matt Armstrong: “PS3’s suck and Xbox’s rule. And they have a very heavy burtation.”
Kirk’s goals in the future are to graduate from college in Des Moines and to own his own business. His college plans are to go to Drake University and major in Business Management. In ten years, he sees himself married with his own business.
He is excited to graduate because even though he’ll miss his friends, he’s ready to start the next stage of his life. His advice before graduating is: “Have fun in school, it goes by fast.”
