Aly Renee James was born on May 18th, 1994 and is the daughter of Fritz and Marcy James. She has one brother, Zach James.
Aly’s awards and achievements include being inducted into the National Honor Society and being a member of the National Ag. Communications Champion Team. She also received Honorable Mentions on two occassions at Large Group All-State Contest for participating in Choral Reading in Speech & Drama.
Her favorite hobby is dancing, which she has been doing for 13 years.
Aly’s extracurricular activities include dance (13), Colorguard (4), basketball (4), volleyball (4), FFA (4), Speech & Drama (4) and National Honor Society (3).
Her best memories while attending MHS come from hanging out with her friends.
Aly’s biggest inspirations are her family and Coach Keith Sietstra.
Aly’s gift to the underclassmen goes to Tyler Swenson, “Enjoy your senior year next year. It goes by so fast, and don’t miss me too much! Love ya, bud!”
Her favorite quote is from Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Aly’s plans for the future include attending Central College to major in elementary education.
